In addition to the above security licencing and labour hire licences, ICORP have current certificate of currency for Work Cover in all states and territories as well as motor vehicle insurance, $20 million Public liability insurance and $10 million Professional Indemity insurance Subcontractors used by ICORP are subject to the same licensing, certification, and compliance requirements in each respective state or territory.
ICORP Security operates a robust and ISO-certified Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System, holding the OHSMS ISO 45001:2018 certification. This certification, awarded by Integrated Quality Certification Private Limited, an accredited body under the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ), demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety.
Our OH&S framework is designed to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, labour hire staff, clients, visitors, and any other individuals who may be impacted by our operations. We proactively identify, assess, and control workplace hazards through a structured and continuous improvement approach, ensuring compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations.
Key elements of our OH&S system include:
ICORP Security establishes clear and measurable safety performance objectives and targets. These are regularly reviewed to drive continuous improvement in our OH&S performance. Regular workplace inspections are conducted during projects, allowing us to promptly identify and mitigate potential hazards.
All ICORP employees receive training on health and safety matters relevant to their roles, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage workplace risks effectively. We also ensure that contractors are fully aware of potential hazards associated with their work and the necessary control measures to maintain safety.
ICORP Security provides sufficient resources to support the full implementation of our OH&S policies and procedures. Where in-house expertise is insufficient to meet specific occupational health and safety requirements, we seek guidance from qualified OH&S professionals to ensure compliance and best practices.
Our OH&S policies undergo regular reviews to ensure they remain relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with each site and industry best practices. Compliance with these policies is mandatory for all employees and clients, reinforcing a culture of safety and responsibility across all our operations.
ICORP maintains a structured Subcontractor Compliance Framework to ensure all subcontractors meet strict regulatory, operational, and industry requirements. This framework governs the identification, onboarding, and ongoing management of subcontractors to ensure full compliance and service consistency.
We identify potential subcontractors through industry networks, referrals, or direct inquiries. An initial screening is conducted to verify their qualifications, licenses, and registrations, ensuring they meet the prerequisites for operating in the security services industry.
We evaluate hourly labour rates provided by subcontractors to ensure compliance with the Security Services Industry Award and all statutory on-costs, including superannuation, payroll tax, and workers' compensation insurance. This ensures rates are competitive and align with legal and industry standards.
Before onboarding subcontractors, we verify that they hold all the necessary certifications, registrations, and licenses. This includes:
Once the evaluation is complete, a formal agreement is drafted to outline the terms and conditions, including scope of work, payment terms, and performance standards. Subcontractors are briefed to ensure they understand their obligations and our expectations.
After onboarding, subcontractors are managed and monitored to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards. Regular performance reviews and feedback mechanisms are used to maintain alignment with our company’s objectives and industry regulations.
